The time is here – Time to make the list of RESOLUTIONS.
NOW this is crazy…
The same ones that made last year will most likely wind
up on the list for this year.
What do you think is at the top of the list?
You GUESSED it – Lose weight – Get healthy.
Followed by…
Quit Smoking
Get out of debt/Spend Less
More family time
Get organized
Etc.
Were any of these on your list last year? Will some of these
see this years list?
Several of these have made the cut on more than one occasion
over the years.
SO…
Do resolutions really work? According to StatisticBrain
only about 45% of Americans still make resolutions.
After the first week, only 75% of people are staying the
course. By mid-year, only 46% are still working on their
resolutions.
The resolutions are not the issue. It is great to want to
improve your life and move in a direction of empowering
the future.
The problem is that people make resolutions without having
a clear plan of how to obtain the end goal.
Want to lose weight? Create a solution that will give the desired
results. Drink more water, eat healthier foods, exercise regularly.

Last years resolutions are in the past. You are not defined by what happened
last week, month or even year.
TODAY is a NEW Day – It's a new year. A clean slate.
Do something different!
Resolve what you want for your life this year. Look for the
solutions – and set a course of actions that you are determined to follow no
matter what.
